Since 2013 I've produced a weekly information security podcast called 7 Minute Security. We cover topics such as:

- ....and much more!
Every Tuesday at 10 a.m. we do a short "Tuesday TOOLSday" livestream on Substack covering something related to security.

Dad of a Dancer
In 2025 my son Atticus and I started a podcast called Dad of a Dancer. I talk about how I'm trying to support and encourage him as he navigates the wonderful/wild/expensive/dramatic/beautiful world of being a competitive dancer.
